01Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful reservation.
02Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. We reserve the right to modify this policy for special events and peak periods.
03Payment
All payments are made at the venue. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes.
04Venue Rules
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. TeleiosX reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who does not comply with venue rules or behaves in a manner that disrupts other guests' experiences.
05Liability
TeleiosX provides sim racing entertainment services. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left at the venue. Participation in racing sessions is at your own risk.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TeleiosX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
07Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
